  • until the expiry of potential legal claims,

HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs, nature, scope, context, and purpose of processing, as well as the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

Security measures include:

  • access control to personal data,

  • SSL certificate on all www.blackhawkdrums.pl pages where Personal Data is provided,

  • encryption of authorization data used in the admin panel and RedCart.pl system,

  • access to the admin panel restricted by individual login credentials.
